Roots of Serenity

A Journey from Silicon Valley to the Heart of Chi Kung

Since my youth I’ve been fascinated by Eastern, and especially Chinese, wisdom and philosophy.

Later in my career in the IT industry, the need to balance the high stress levels of my daily life became more and more apparent.

However, several methods I tried were not effective.

They provided neither the much needed deep relaxation nor the fresh energy I was looking for.

Finally, in 1993, under adventurous circumstances, including a motorcycle accident in the hills of Silicon Valley, I met Master Lam, who had just published his first book, The Way of Energy.

Right away, I was convinced of the power and results of his exceptionally effective Chi Kung.

It didn’t take long for regular Chi Kung practice to become an essential part of my life.

Since then, I had been able to meet the ever-increasing professional demands of my career in the IT industry in the best of health and with inner strength and serenity.

From then on, I’ve experienced the benefits of Chi Kung on a daily basis.

It is always a great pleasure for me to teach this wonderful art to my students.

I invite you to discover the positive effects of Chi Kung for yourself!
