new\u00a0heights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">To train together in beautiful surroundings, we have been meeting regularly for several decades in Ruhpolding, a picturesque town in class=\"has-text-align-center\">This year we&#8217;ve been exceptionally lucky with the weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">An early winter brought a lot of snow to the area just a week before our workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">But when we arrived, the sun was shining from blue skies and it was so warm that we were able to train outside under a mighty oak tree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Training under trees is traditionally considered the best way to strengthen our life energy\u00a0(Chi).<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div many years, we were able to focus on advanced Zhan Zhuang practices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Second Heart, Second Lung, and Reverse Breathing are rarely taught exercises that, when practiced correctly, bring additional strength and energy to the entire body.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-cb3ee3d0 gb-container-page-outer-container\">\n<div
