Thomas: Which obstacles would have prevented you from signing up for the Chi Kung foundational course?
Susannah: Initially, I didn’t think that the time of the classes and the unavailability of recordings would work for me.
However, now, my priority is to make time.
Just 30 minutes daily have a massive positive impact on my day.
It is how I start my day!
Thomas: What did you find as a result of participating in the course and practising Chi Kung?
Susannah: I find I can manage a stressful job with greater balance, calmness, and ease.
On the rare days, I’ve missed a session, it has reflected in my day and how I responded to a situation.
Chi Kung makes me happy, gives me time to drop into the flow, time for me, and keeps everything in perspective!
